A Comprehensive Marketing Campaign
When Lancaster Early Education Center came to me stating they had a budget for staff recruitment and wanted my help to use it in effective ways, I knew just want to do to help them get the leads and attract the quality applicants they are looking for in Lancaster, PA.
An Exceptional Landing Page
First things first – to achieve any marketing initiative you need a quality website to send your audience to. Thankfully they have an excellent and optimized website already, so all they needed was a high-quality landing page built for their recruitment that will effectively lead to viewers wanting to fill out applications. I created a brand new web page for them that includes all of the “StoryBrand Framework” sections proven to lead to conversions by using brain science in the design and wording.
The web page is also strongly branded which strengthens the viewer’s trust in the organization. It touts many reviews pulled from their exceptional Google reviews and highlights Best Places to Work awards achieved along with featuring the fun personality of working at LEEC written by their staff.
Now they needed was some promotion to lead people to their page.
Social Media Posts
Next, I created two social media posts and provided suggested language for LEEC to use to post and boost their posts to use some of their ad spend to reach beyond their social media followers. What is noteworthy about the imagery in the posts is they are clearly branded and tie closely to the web page where the posts direct audiences to. It’s very important for posts to look like the landing pages they are pointing to – this builds trust and credibility in the post, ultimately leading to higher engagement toward your marketing goals.
Beyond Online
What is great about relationships with my clients, is they can come to me for ideas – not just deliverables. I also proposed several other suggestions (billboards, local mall advertising and more) and am a touch point to help them achieve their goals. This is an ongoing work in progress, but it is one LEEC knows they have someone in the marketing field on their side, helping them implement the leading practices to reach more of the audiences they are trying to reach.
