A collection of Marketing designs for Lancaster Central Market’s Autumn 2022
If you’ve read any of my posts, you know just how grateful I am to be able to support local Lancaster, PA organizations, businesses, and nonprofits through design & marketing. This autumn, I had the privilege of beginning to support the Lancaster Central Market – such a beloved gem that impacts the personality and well-being of our downtown in so many ways! Below are just a small collection of some designs I’ve created to support their marketing efforts and happenings this season.
2022 Fall Appeal Letter and Envelope
The first project I was able to design was a Fall appeal support letter and branded envelope. This was a great project to get a handle on their brand and support their new initiatives – like a Fall Appeal. The new layout for the envelope brought their look and feel up to their new brand standards along with some fun added by the additional roosters in the design. The letter I was able to help guide towards more of an easily readable and engaging letter that helped draw the Central Market readers into the story of how they make the Market possible and thriving today and for years to come. The large footer and bright Thank You text were added to create a more visually engaging design and feel overall.
2022 Lancaster Central Market Rack Card with City Map
Another fun small project was designing their new rack cards that can be found around Lancaster, PA to draw people to visit the Market. Their previous rack card had an outdated map and look and feel that didn’t match their current lively vibrant brand. I was able to create a cleanly designed front that strongly presents Lancaster Central Market with a clear and crisp logo at the top where most cards will have visible when sitting in rack holders. The back is a map I designed in Adobe Illustrator that shows Lancaster Central Market centrally located and highlights a few spots to visit including the new Southern Market in Market District as well as areas to find parking.
2022 Lancaster Central Market Holiday Hours Graphics
Some fun designs of the season I was able to create for Central Market were their holiday hours for Thanksgiving, Christmas even, and New Years Eve and their Mayor’s Tree Lighting design for promotion. I created the concepts first that would hang as door signs on each door of the Market and once those were set I reiterated the designs into Website graphics that could be used to spread awareness on their website and social media graphics – both for posts (square designs) and for the Facebook events that would be created for each event.

Lastly, I was able to create several ads for Lancaster Central Market to promote events, highlight them on local maps, and more. Here a just a few ads from Lancaster newspaper ads, Discover Lancaster digital TV ads and map ads.
