Return & Refund Policy

I get it, plans change and mistakes happen. While I don’t love refunds or returns, I understand there are times where they are needed.

To return & get a refund:

Send me a personal message with your situation and what your request is. I will accept undamaged items and give you a complete refund. You will be responsible for shipping or delivering your order back to me. Once items have been received undamaged, I’ll process your refund.

If your items have been purchased, but not shipped/picked up, I will process your refund once I receive your message.

Commissioned Artwork: Unfortunately, commissioned artwork is not eligible for returns or refunds
