Unthinkable Group Website Redesign

Ross Polvara is one of my more creative clients. He is a master at what he does – offering premium coaching services to help organizations scale up, business owners build value before exiting, developing teams and coaching executive leaders. I had built his previous website many years ago, and while it was still beautiful and fairly accurate, his work had grown and his services refined. Ross reached out in need of a new redesign of this website that clearly defined and highlighted the actual premium offerings he provides. 

I pride myself on being a collaborative partner for my clients, leading them through the creative process of crafting websites that resonate with their target audiences. This is a very clear example of that partnership. 

From the Ground Up – The Redesign Process

Many clients stay hands off and let me lead the way – then others have an eye for what they want and take more charge in the process. Ross is the later. His website clearly reflects his personality and offerings. He provided insightful content and inspiration, which I translated into a cohesive design that embodies his brand’s essence and the premum services he proviides. We worked closely together through thoughtful iterations, ensuring every page reflected the premium feel that both he and I envisioned.

I rebuilt every page to implement the new offerings and clearer definitions of his services, build all sections to be visually appealing and functionally sound. Back and forth we went until it was exactly as he envisioned, and better. I would add gentle animations and give feedback as desired building a website that is authentic to his work and will attract and engage his target future clients.

The Importance of a Sophisticated Website

The work Ross was offering was not clearly on his previous website and therefore he was missing the opportunity to engage with new clients that needed the services he actually provided. Adding Scaling Up, Exit Building, and Capital sections now gives his the opportunity to be found by potential clients looking for these premium services. This redesign serves as a critical asset for engaging new clients who would benefit from Ross’s expertise.

If you’re familiar with my work, you know I’m extremely well versed in the Storybrand framework. This is the first website I built alongside a client also well versed in the principles. This made for a website that is extremely streamlined where all text and visual elements are there with purpose and scientifically laid out to help potential clients take action and reach out for services.

Built to Grow – A Flexible Website

One of my priorities as a designer is to create websites that are flexible and scalable to grow alongside businesses.  Everything is not only visually stunning and thoughtfully placed, it is all editable and able to grow with Unthinkable Group. There are sections which are open to adding new insights which will then automatically be added to the appropriate services pages so new clients can learn and grow by visiting the website. Having assets like this along with the blog increase the domain authority and search engine optimization as people will visit to read these insights – another path to introducing them to the work Unthinkable offers and leading them to engage. 

Mobile & Tablet Optimized

Most visitors in our tech based age visit a website on their phone – so having a mobile-friendly website is key so every visitor can engage, connect, and scroll easily no matter how they come to the website. As part of my design process, I meticulously ensure that every page is optimized for mobile and tablet, customizing elements to maintain a premium feel across all platforms. By focusing on responsive design, I can ensure that visitors enjoy a seamless experience, no matter how they access the site. Being a highly artistic design, this required the editing of many elements to respond differently for each device.
